I am frequently the object of positive feedback about the name Zola. I gleefully indulge this topic with friends and strangers alike. The Z, the sound, the possible origins, the association with French writer Émile. I assume few people know the full extent of how perfect a name it is. However, since it’s mine, I do things like investigate the meaning.
In Italian, Zola means “piece of earth.” As an outdoorsy, mountain girl, I of course love this. But wait for it….As a wedding planner, there could be none more appropriate than the African Zulu meaning; calm, love, productive.
While these qualities have always been a part of me, I believe that through loving and marrying my Zola, thus becoming one myself, I have more fully embodied these qualities and am able to channel them beyond everyday life and pour them into my business.
I leave you with three simple reasons why the name Pam Zola Weddings says it all (or a least a lot ;) about the business and the woman behind it:
Adds CALM to your planning experience and wedding day.
The work will come from a place of LOVE; my love for what I do, and the love between couples and their friends and families gathered to celebrate.
As a list lover, and organization queen, PRODUCTIVITY is seriously my game.
